Salary: £750 – £1,500 per week (salary negotiable based on experience)

Are you an experienced Summer Program Director looking for seasonal summer employment or someone with lots of education experience, keen to take on a new challenge. 

Bond Education Cambridge is working to appoint a Summer Program Director. The primary focus of this leadership role will be to lead all summer programs provided for international students studying in Cambridge. It is a senior role, working directly with the senior leadership team and Managing Director.

With half-board accommodation provided, the required dates are:

• Friday 28th June – Saturday 13th July 2024
• Friday 12th July – Saturday 27th July 2024
• Friday 26th July – Saturday 10th August 2024

Applicants who are only available for specific weeks will be considered, so if you are only available part-time, we would like to hear from you. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities are:

• To act as the program ambassador and a first point of contact of all student and staff needs
• To have an overview of all schedules, ensuring clear communication to students and staff – responsible for making key amendments as needed
• To assist with urgent enquiries and have contingency plans ready when needed
• To have leadership experience
• To have previous experience working in a residential setting
• To have previous experience working with young people in a leadership role
• To have strong knowledge of Cambridge, its history, and colleges
