Bond Education Cambridge are looking to appoint a Welfare Director to work with international students, living and studying in Cambridge during the summer months.

The primary focus of this exciting role will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of international students studying in Cambridge over the summer (many of whom are studying abroad for the first time). The role is primarily pastoral and will act as a liaison with families, medical professionals and other third parties relating to student welfare.

With half-board accommodation provided, the required dates are:

• Friday 28th June – Saturday 13th July 2024
• Friday 12th July – Saturday 27th July 2024
• Friday 26th July – Saturday 10th August 2024

Applicants who are only available for specific weeks will be considered, so if you are only available part-time, we would like to hear from you. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities are:

• To ensure student medical data and instructions are well-maintained and implemented as needed
• To ensure all illness or injury is documented and treated within program guidelines
• To manage the welfare team and have an overview of compliance from all staff members
• Have a flexible approach to work with changing priorities
• Have an approachable, kind and energetic nature
